SHIPPING INFORMATION

CUSTOMISATIONS | Items made with a bespoke length, especially necklaces made to be longer than the usual 18inches can take longer as theses items are 'made to order' this can add 5 work days  to the order dispatch time. Busy periods, this can be a little longe.

UK - All items will be sent by DPD Carbon OffsetTtracked, next day and insured. The tracking number will be made available once posted so you can track it's progress and re arrange delivery if you miss it. International - All items will be sent by DPD international. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. The buyer is responsable for all import duties and taxes that may occur. 

DPD Overnight — £8.00 flat rate
DPD Europe Within a week — £15 flat rate

Lost Items - All items are sent with reputable curriers  by signed for delivery. In the event of a 'loss' once courier protocol has been exhausted the item will be replaced as swiftly as possible. If you need your piece sooner please contact us to see if we can rush an order for you.
